Parent/Student Zoom Instructions
- Sign into your Parent Portal
- Click on “Classes & Events” - top right hand corner. All the classes for your family will be listed.
- At the bottom of the class details you will click on the text “Click here to join class”. This will connect you to the “Zoom Meeting” you will be put in the Waiting Room for security reasons. The teacher will allow each child to enter once they start the class.
- To change your name after entering a Zoom meeting, click on the “Participants” button at the top of the Zoom window.
- Next, hover your mouse over your name in the “Participants” list on the right side of the Zoom window. Click on “Rename”.
- Enter the child’s name as you would like it to appear in the Zoom meeting and click on “OK”.
