For children, the winter holidays can be a magical time. They get to eat delicious food, get time off from school, and get to be with their family and loved ones. There are school concerts and—if your child is a student at Pegasus— Winter Wonderland dance events to attend! Being a parent this time of year is a bit of a different story—the winter holidays might lack that certain magic you remember back from when you were a kid. You have to do the cooking, buy the presents, deal with family, and, of course, drive your kids to their Toronto dance classes on the Danforth, Leslieville, or the Beaches. It’s an awful lot to pack into a month and a half. How can you expect to get everything done in time?

 At Pegasus Studios, our teachers come from a variety of backgrounds. Most of them grew up dancing and then chose to combine their passion for dance with their interest in education. Some teachers pursued other careers but discovered that teaching dance always held a special place in their hearts. And some just always knew that teaching was their greater calling!
