Registration Fee
Payment Schedule
Dance With Me/Childhood Expressions Payment Schedule
First Month's fees are due with $45 registration fee and are non-refundable. Future fees are due the 1st of each month.
Summer Programs
$100 non-refundable deposit per child is due with registration. Balance is due June 1, 2022.
$40 non-refundable deposit per preschool aged child is due with registration. Balance is due June 1, 2022.
Our summer programs are intended to be offered in person. However, we will adjust our programs to comply with Toronto health recommendations if needed
Virtual Classes
I, PARENT/GUARDIAN OF SAID CHILD(REN) HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF MY CHILD(REN) PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THESE VIRTUAL DANCE CLASSES, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released
We ask you to be careful when posting on social media. We can't restrict what you post there, but we expect you to adhere to our confidentiality policies at all times. Absolutely no choreography or class content or instruction of any form should be posted on social media without the prior approval of the instructor and director of Pegasus Dance Studios. This includes but it is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snap Chat, Twitter, etc.
Rescheduling, Teacher And Class Substitution
- Registration Fee of $45 + HST per student, once per school year is required at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable.
Payment Schedule
- Fees paid on the 1st of the month from September 2022 - May 2023
- Costumes fees are non-refundable. Costume rental vs purchase determined by class.
- Fee will be pro-rated if starting class after October.

Rescheduling, Teacher And Class Substitution
- The Studio reserves the right to reschedule or combine classes. The Studio reserves the right to provide a substitute or replacement teacher as the Studio may deem necessary. The Studio reserves the right to deliver class content via an online system in the event that classes are not able to be conducted live for any reason including, but not limited to: weather, teacher absence, or governmental advisory.
Medical / Photo Release
- I certify that the student registered is physically capable of participating fully in all activities at Pegasus Studios. I assume all risk and responsibilities and understand that Pegasus Studios operates in a professional manner in an attempt to ensure the safety and well being of all students. It is my responsibility to inform Pegasus Studios, in writing, of any medical conditions that they should be aware of and inform them of any actions that should be taken. I hereby understand and agree that Pegasus Studios has permission to photograph and videotape the registered student and to reproduce such photographs and video for the use of the studio. No names will be posted with photos without additional permission.
E-Mail Consent
- All communication will be made through electronic communications whenever possible: e-newsletters and emails. Information will also be posted on our website and studio information boards including dress codes and studio policies. You are giving your consent to receive these electronic communications. You can unsubscribe from any list at any time.
Studio Etiquette
- Students are expected to attend every class and arrive on time. Punctuality is necessary for students to receive the full benefit of the class. Students who are late may be asked to sit and watch the class if the teacher feels they will not be properly warmed up.
- All students are expected to be properly attired as per studio dress code including loose hair being tied securely off the face. Students may be asked to sit and watch the class if they are not properly attired.
- Respect for yourself, teachers, classmates and the studio environment is important at all times.
- Weather Days - in the case of extreme weather (i.e. snow storm) classes may be cancelled. This will be communicated on our website and by email. Classes unfortunately will not be rescheduled.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations will be less an administration fee of $30.00
- No refunds for Registration Fees, Costume Fees, Events, Workshops, Mini-sessions or Camps.
- One month notice is required. Refunds will be calculated on a monthly fee basis.
- Yearly Programs - no refunds after February 1.
Payments -Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit
- By entering Card information on this form you are authorizing Pegasus Studios to charge applicable fees to the card.
- Any declined payment will be charged a $10 administration fee.

Junior vs Senior showcase determined by class.
If a student is absent for more than 3 classes March through May, Showcase participation is at the teacher's discretion.
Senior Showcase -if student is absent for Dress Rehearsal they will not be able to participate in the show.
Private Classes
- Private classes are available upon request based on teacher and studio space availability.
